Here are some supplementary details : Start time : 09/10/2026 06:33 UTC End time : 09/10/2026 06:48 UTC Impacted Service(s) : Some Zimbra mailboxes were temporarily inaccessible. Customers Impact : Some customers were temporarily unable to access and use their Zimbra mailboxes. Root Cause : This incident was caused by a hardware issue.
