Here are some supplementary details : Start time : 12/10/2026 08:15 UTC End time : 14/10/2026 16:23 UTC Impacted Service(s) : High error rates were detected on API impacting Customer Panel, OVHcloud API (ca.api.ovh.com) and Order funnel. Customers Impact : Customers may have experienced issues when using the Customer Panel, the OVHcloud API, or the Order funnel for the IAM, KMS IP, Web Hosting, and Domain services.
