We had an incident on Backbone offer which has now been resolved. Here are some supplementary details : Start time : 29/09/2026 18:20 UTC End time : 29/09/2026 18:25 UTC Impacted Service(s) : There were a latency increase and network loss between the Miami and the Ashburn of the US backbone infrastructure. Customers Impact : Customers may experienced increased latency and intermittent packet loss. Root Cause : This incident was caused by a network equipment issue.
