### identified, 2026-10-21 00:22 UTC

Builds and deployments were paused for Free, Trial and Hobby workspaces from 00:22 UTC until all builds were halted at 07:15 UTC. The original notice (PX5UYXCN) was dismissed as no impact, so it did not count toward uptime. Record added on November 5, 2026 from the incident review that followed the October 21 security incident. This entry corrects the uptime record; no notification was sent for it.
