We have identified an issue impacting Voice API services in the US East data center. A configuration change applied earlier today has been rolled back across all regions, and traffic has been restored to the US East data center at 17:30 UTC. Our engineering team is actively monitoring the environment to confirm full service restoration. We will provide a further update within 2 hours or sooner if there is a significant change in status.
